- Tailored courses – chose from our training courses and we can tailor content to suit your employees and your organisation. For example, spend more or less time on particular topics, use terminology relevant to your business, include relevant case studies or scenarios.
- Bespoke courses – we can design training courses specifically for your organisation. We will take time to meet with you and work in partnership during all stages of the process from training needs identification and objective setting through to training design, delivery and evaluation. We can include your policies and procedures and create exercises directly relevant to your business. If required, we are happy to co-facilitate with your Training or HR staff.
